Reading: Be ready to check Daily Comp. for Nov. 24. The reading calendar is due next week. No Read Aloud this week. The next state puzzle (the 11th sheet) is due December 8.

Spelling: No lesson this week.

Writing: We discussed writing about emotional events.

Social studies: Explorers (Cortes) and Economics. State practice on the computer.

Math: Study Island practice

Science: Digestive system

Reading: Be ready to check Daily Comp. for Nov. 21. Sixteen people have the Read Aloud sheet due Monday. Three people have a state puzzle due Monday.

Spelling: Tests lesson 10

Math: Division - worksheet 7 is homework if it's not finished.

Social Studies: Explorers - The Northwest passage explorers and Ponce deLeon.

Reading: Be ready to check Daily Comp. for Nov. 19. Don't forget about your reading calendar and real aloud story. I assume all the mystery sheets are handed in.

Spelling: Study for Friday's test.

Writing: We shared our personal narratives.

Math: Division - a few students have worksheet #5 to finish tonight. Most finished in class.

Reading: Be ready to check Daily Comp. for Nov. 18. The new read aloud came home today and is due Monday instead of Friday. Some students have mystery story worksheets to finish for homework. Four students are behind on state puzzles.

Spelling: Lesson 10 pretest today.

Math: Division - Some students have worksheet 4.5 for homework. Some also have a facts worksheet to finish.

Social studies: maps

Science: disection
