"Grand Day!"

What a wonderful day we had. No, I am not talking about the weather! It was cold and rainy, but besides that... It was a day full of learning interesting information from people who knew what they were talking about. The children had an opportunity to learn about fur trading, travel on the Grand River with real voyageurs, meet Madame LaFramboise, learn all about wigwams and get inside one, and use tools that the Native Americans used. What a wonderful day we had.
We want to send a BIG thank you to all the parents that came to help out on "Grand Day". The weather was not the best, but you came out to help the kids and we could not have done it without you! You are the best!
